The Property Maintenance Technician will identify and meet the maintenance needs of the property. Keeping the property clean is a core duty of this position. Duties and Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsPerform general maintenance functions for the property.Remove snow using a plow truck, snow blower, skid steer, and shovel.Operate equipment onsite as required (training will be provided). Perform daily/scheduled maintenance checks and services on company trucks and other equipment. Repair company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition.Perform basic computer data entry for equipment.
