Must have thorough knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format. Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements. Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools using Agile Scrum methodologies. Functional Architect specializing in supporting the Annual/Quarterly (PI) Planning/Roadmaps, leading discussions around Business Requirements, Dependencies, Risks and creating User Stories for the Ascent Program. Business Analysis - Lead Solutions evaluation, Fit-Gap analysis, Requirements Documentation, Design Documentation, Training methodology identification and design, UX functional consulting. Will be a key player during UAT, Training and the wave rollout to ensure smooth go live and user adoption. Experience using multiple software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum. Experience in creating the Business Process Flows, mockups, personas and user journeys. Experience in managing the User Acceptance Testing with the business stakeholders and Training. Certification(s) Required: HEALTH CLOUD (mandatory), Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. #J-18808-Ljbffr
