Lowe’s Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting‑edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on‑site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional and technical implementations.Develop microservices and modular frontend applications using React and UI.Conduct root cause analysis of issues and participate in the code review process to identify gaps.Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle using DevOps automation processes and tools.Ideate, build, and publish reusable libraries to improve productivity across teams.Conduct the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.Solve difficult technical problems to ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, and efficient.Required Qualifications2 years of experience in software development or a related fieldHands‑on experience with React, TypeScript, Redux, JEST/React Testing Library, Cypress, A/B Testing, Monorepo, CI/CD1 year of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)2 years of experience in database technologiesBachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)Preferred Qualifications2 years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment and implementing business systems within an organizationBenefits401k with up to 4.25% matchDiscounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount of strike price)Tuition‑Free Education10‑week Maternity/Parental Leave10% Associate DiscountFor information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits.Lowe’s is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.Pay Range: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually.
