SummaryPerforms part and quality document reviews in accordance with established procedures.$2000 sign on bonus. Competitive pay and benefits that begin on day 1.Primary ResponsibilitiesReviews, files, and maintains quality documentation.Prepares all final paperwork for record retention and customer documentation.Scans Records into ERP by job.Helps develop and create job folders.Performs FAIRS and final inspections.Prepares customer critical dimension paperwork.Creates digital Certificate of Compliance for customers through their portals.Creates customer certification packets.Hand measurement of parts as it pertains to final inspectionAssists with audit preparationResponsible for assuring that assigned activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalentA minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.The ability to use manual quality hand tools (micrometer, pin gage, gage plugs, drop indicator, etc.)Ability to read and understand blueprints including GD&T tolerancingMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contractual requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience with FDA (CFR 820) Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485 and AS9100 Standards.Reasoning Ability•Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. •Ability to self-start problem solve with minimal direction.Computer Skills•Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with data entry into an ERP system (Epicor a plus)Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
