As a Senior Project Manager, youll be responsible for management of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and activation of one or more healthcare buildings working alongside other project managers as part of a healthcare system facilities master plan. Well look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design, construction and consulting contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects. Youll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders. You will function as an extension of the clients internal project management department and be a steward for the clients goals. This is an on site, client facing position and you will represent the client to designers, contractors, consultants, AHJs and other stakeholders. Here's what you'll need Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of healthcare and significant related experience 10+ years of related design and construction project management experience Strong working knowledge of design, pre-construction, building systems components and technology, contract management (GMP/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, and client satisfaction Experience delivering OSHPD 1 Projects Experience delivering new construction projects Willing to relocate to San Diego, CA Ideally, you will also have Delivered a new OSHPD 1 facility Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification #WestPMCM Posted Salary Range Minimum 150,500.00 Posted Salary Range Upper 207,000.00 Jacobs health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
