We're hiring immediately If you’re seeking a rewarding retail position, whether you’re just beginning or have extensive sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, with the potential for up to $16,000 in commissions annually by achieving your sales goals. Top achievers could earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, allowing for a total annual income of over $65,000 to $73,500. Compensation may vary based on location, hours, and performance. One or more years of relevant experience, including work or military experience. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules are provided four weeks in advance). Openness to taking on additional shifts for extra income during peak seasons. It’s a plus if you possess any of the following: Experience in a commission-based sales environment. Proven sales experience with a focus on customer solutions. Strong customer service background.
