Pratt Insurance is an Independent Insurance Agency representing regional, national and international insurance carriers.Job DescriptionIdentifying prospects for business from existing and prospective clientsMaintaining a consistently strong and active new business pipelineDeveloping new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions at prospective clients.Aggressively identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities amongst existing clients.Obtaining referral leads from existing clients.Participating and taking leadership roles in targeted civic and professional associations.Designing individual prospect sales strategies and developing unique prospect programs.Preparing proposals and presentations by collaborating with Pratt Producers and industry.Understanding the Pratt value proposition for each opportunity and aligning the agencies resources and expertise with individual client sales strategies.Maintaining consistent and high quality touch points with clients and prospects.Providing proactive risk management advice to existing clients and resolving client issues before they become "problems".Championing the proper advocacy of claims.QualificationsDelaware Insurance License RequiredExperience in insurance sales, marketing or servicing major accounts.Proven track record of successfully developing a pipeline, delivering effective sales strategies and a reputation as a client-centric sales professional.Comprehensive working knowledge of principles and methods of selling products; services and value propositions; sales marketing strategies and tactics; technical knowledge of insurance and risk management products, services, and value propositions; pipeline management; and cross-selling.Additional InformationJoin Team Pratt todayWe offer the following benefits:Health Insurance401K Vacation / Sick Time / PTO Pratt Insurance is an EEO employer.All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
