Position Overview As a Technology Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Lynx medication inventory management system software/hardware implementation projects with McKesson's drug distribution customer portfolio. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetwhile aligning with strategic goals and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution: Direct and coordinate all phases of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, clients, and third?party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Scope & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans and timelines. Resource Management: Ensure appropriate resource allocation and skill alignment for successful task ownership and execution. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress using appropriate tools; report status, elevate issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive project documentation; facilitate clear and consistent communication across all levels. Go?Live Support: Lead and support go?live activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Develop process maps, diagrams, and documentation to support ongoing optimization and knowledge sharing.
