About the Practice- Laburnum Medical Center has been serving the community for more than 50 years Very well-established practice and experienced team of Family, Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
- Full Time position open for Family Medicine Physician, BC / BE, MD / DO.
- Practice hours are 8a-5p M-F.
- 36 clinical hours, 4 hours of admin time weekly.
- Call is 3 days per month - shared in rotation among all providers, No Rx on call.
- No Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practice.
- Telehealth and e-visits in addition to in-person care.
- Average 18 - 25 patients per day after 2 year ramp-up period.
- EPIC EMR.
- We see all ages - Peds through Geriatric - 30% Peds, 70% adult / geriatric.
- POC Testing, X-Ray and Lab in practice.
- Basic in-office procedures - joint injections, women's health.
- Dedicated 1 : 1 CMA / LPN support.
- Diabetic Education provided by PharmD 3 days per week.
- LCSW and Integrated Behavioral Specialist in practice.
- 6 MD's and 1 NP in practice - adding 2 physicians.
- Start date will be 120 days after having signed offer.
