Our Colorado Springs, CO team is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced Senior Window Tinter with paint protection experience.

*What will you do?*

● Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high quality standards

● Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job

● Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job

● Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary

● Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing

● Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed

● Supervise Junior installer and shop assistant

● Maintain a clean work environment

● Maintain working levels of all center supplies and installation tools

● Coordinate customer appointments with Center Manager

● Work hours: Tuesday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM)

*What we are looking for:*

● 3+ years of experience installing paint protection film and automotive window tint

● Experience managing a team

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Ability to work with minimal supervision

● Skilled in all facets of installing the products we offer

● Satisfactory driving record and background check
