Job Summary: Prep Cooks are crucial to the success of our restaurants. In each of our properties, our chefs are committed to a farm to table philosophy: utilization of the finest local ingredients while building lasting relationships within the community. What we need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen, preferable prep experience
• Desire to grow a culinary career
• Good knife skills
• Effective communication skills
• Desire to be a part of a successful team
• Ability to work morning shifts 6am - 3pm
