Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $256,200 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, 401(k) with company match, and family leave programs Engaging work environment focused on innovation and collaboration Chance to make a significant impact on client digital transformation initiatives What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the primary executive point‑of‑contact for projects, focusing on improvements in the client’s Finance and Supply Chain organizations using ServiceNow solutions Guide clients in defining their ServiceNow strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectivesCollaborate with various teams to align customer requirements and drive high‑value impact for clients Monitor ongoing project progress, managing client executives and stakeholders to mitigate blockers Advise clients on optimizing service management processes and leveraging best practices What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of management consulting experience At least 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and related solutions such as SAP ECC, JD Edwards, Coupa, and/or Oracle Proven experience leading end‑to‑end transformation projects across Finance and Supply Chain organizations Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong technical background, including application development and system integrations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ServiceNow Source to Pay (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Accounts Payable Operations (APO), and Legal Service Delivery Accreditations Custom Application Developer (CAD) certification Experience creating implementation design artifacts and conducting solution presentations Ability to communicate complex concepts using visualization and modeling aids Fluency in languages other than English Equal‑Opportunity Statement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
