Through dealership knowledge and/or willingness to learn.
Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet. Satisfy the transportation needs of internet generated customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle. Checking email frequently and responding to inquires promptly.
Coordinate internet promotions to align with dealership sales promotions and advertising. Maintain ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. Attend sales meetings and sales product training.
Requirements
Automotive internet sales experience desired but not required. Ambition and Drive to Excel. Superior Customer Service and Follow-Up Skills. Organized in Time Management.
