Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads while aiding in managing the lead database. Utilize your sales and marketing expertise to engage with referral sources and participate in organizing innovative marketing events. Conduct tours for potential residents and their families with pride and enthusiasm. Assist the Sales Director by handling data entry, ensuring a stock of marketing materials, and arranging appointments. Qualifications Must have prior experience assisting seniors in relocation or similar activities. Should have a passion for engaging with older adults. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities are essential. Previous work in sales and marketing within a senior community setting is required. You have had experience supporting seniors moving in some fashion. Enjoy connecting with seniors and their families. Your communication and customer service skills are top-notch Must have experience in a senior community sales/marketing role.
