If your life story includes caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you Job Description Salary: $65,000 - $73,775 annually In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members. Implementing resident-centered care. Providing nursing care to residents, including health assessments, resident care plans, medication administration, and assisting with resident care as needed. Coordinating the resident admission process with the multidisciplinary team, including screening, assessment, and care planning. Occasionally filling in on the weekend as a Manager‑On‑Duty. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse required. Caregiver certifications beneficial; management experience preferred. Minimum 1‑2 years of management experience directing or providing care for seniors. Strong background in patient care assessment and developing resident care approaches. Experience in community or long‑term care settings. Must meet all state requirements.
