Part-Time Job Opportunity in Sarasota, Florida with the opportunity to grow into Full-Time Position
We are seeking a hardworking, professional, highly productive, detail-orientated Admin Operations Specialist. The position reports to the CFO and will ensure that the admin operations needs of the company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, in a fast-paced environment. This is a multi-faceted role that requires the successful candidate to “wear many hats” which will include Customer Service, Basic Bookkeeping and Operational functions.
Responsibilities
· Customer order processing – both corporate retail and consumer order processing for multiple different countries. This would also include physical packing of small parcel orders in our warehouse.
· Manufacturing admin – liaising with vendors, following up on PO’s to ensure timeous delivery
· Stock admin – Stock recording, maintaining stock levels and accountability for any discrepancies are some of the key responsibilities in this area
· Marketplace admin – knowing in detail the Amazon platform, processing of Amazon Vendor orders, maintaining stock levels and timely processing and dispatch of replenishment stock, monitoring product listings
· Customer Service – responding to Customer Service queries via phone, email and social media
· Bookkeeping admin – capturing of customer invoices and supplier invoices, credit card and bank recon capturing, stock receiving and reconciliations, Retailer dispute management
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or 2 – 3 years experience in the same or similar field
· Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
· Able to work alone with single instruction.
· Strong multi-tasking capabilities, including the ability to navigate through several different systems at once.
· Professional communication skills to vendors and customers
· Good communication skills to peers and management
· Strong administrative and organizational skills, including a strong attention to detail.
· Technologically proficient and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
· Capable of working in a collaborative environment.
· A positive attitude and an ability to adapt to, and embrace rapidly changing conditions.
· Capable of moving projects from conception to completion
· Strong focus and execution abilities
· Understands urgency and immediacy, with the ability to maintain deadlines under fluctuating conditions.
· Experience in shipping and logistics would be beneficial
· Experience in manufacturing admin and supply-chain would be beneficial
· An understanding of basic bookkeeping would be beneficial
· Available to work Part-Time with the view to grow into a Full-Time position

Important things to note about the job
· This is an Admin job with some physical work in processing and packing small parcel orders, and successful candidate should be okay with this.
· Availability – Official working hours will be 9am – 1pm Monday through Friday, however additional hours may be required at times.
