Clinic hours are Monday-Saturday 8 am-8 pm and Sunday 9 am-6 pm.Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating urgent conditions across all ages, performing procedures like suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and foreign-body removal, as well as ordering/interpreting X-rays and point-of-care labs.Complete timely documentation and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.Requirements include an active North Carolina FNP license or eligibility within 60 days, AANP or ANCC certification, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1+ year of urgent care or emergency experience. Procedural confidence and a patient-first mindset are essential; new grads may need to complete a bootcamp.Compensation ranges from $60-$70 per hour with productivity incentives.
