Cook:

Under administrative supervision, coordinate and implement food preparation and kitchen services and activities.Order food and supplies, prepare related documentation, monitor and evaluate provided services.In certain program locations, may be required to supervise assigned clients/volunteers in food service activities.

Responsibilities:

• Under direction ensure that the activities of this program and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.

• Prepare meals for clients.
• May plan monthly/weekly menus and submit to dietitian/program director for review and approval.
• May purchase food and dietary supplies.
• May submit food/dietary receipts/invoices to the director or designated representative as appropriate.
