You provide administrative and reception support, manage reception desks, and ensure professional interactions with clients, prospects, and business partners.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Ability to come into our Schaumburg or Chicago office 5 days per weekExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customersDetail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasksAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple projectsBeing a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:BS/BA in business, insurance, or related fieldProficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
