*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:*

* Evaluate patients/clients, develop a plan of care with associated goals, including quantifiable physical and functional targets
* Provide assessments, treatments, instructions, and other occupational therapy services according to the scope of practice limitations per state statute

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* A graduate of a certified Occupational Therapy Program approved by the Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
* A person licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas
* A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post-training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
* A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position.
