JOB SUMMARY Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) depends on the Regional Sales Manager to execute the KSS sales strategy for the Northern California market. The RSM will manage the Northern California Sales Team, providing direction and support to achieve goals, establish new business, and develop existing buyer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will drive company metrics, own the local market, and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level. Mentor, develop, and lead Territory Managers to achieve critical metrics Work closely with distribution portfolio partners’ sales and marketing teams to build and achieve aligned business goals Drive communication of new product launches and build sales targets Travel to assigned regions to support the team in establishing customer relationships and ensure top-tier service for key accounts Develop sales tools for the team of Territory Managers Deliver revenue goals, point of distribution targets, and seek opportunities for strategic growth in an evolving landscape This job is for if... An organized, detail-oriented, and proven leader Excellent written and interpersonal skills; knowledge of the NorCal cannabis market, including key relationships within the retail network, is preferred What we're looking for... Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a sales leader 4-5 years sales leadership experience Relevant sales experience in CPG – experience in cannabis and/or beverage or alcohol is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite.
