If you're ready to make a difference while advancing your professional journey, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: As the leader of our clinic, you'll oversee both clinical and financial operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. You'll mentor and coach staff clinicians and support staff, cultivate community and referral relationships, drive clinic growth through marketing efforts, and develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans. Your leadership will inspire a collaborative environment focused on growth, quality, and innovation. Lead clinic operations, achieving and surpassing performance metrics Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical team members Foster relationships with community partners, patients, and referral sources Drive clinic growth through strategic marketing in collaboration with sales & marketing teams Develop and oversee customized, evidence-based care plans Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and discharge notes Oversee scheduling, patient care, and team workflows Set and pursue professional development goals for yourself and your team Qualifications: Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program Valid CT Physical Therapist License 3+ years of outpatient experience as a licensed PT Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR certifications Candidate Attributes: Visionary leader with a passion for excellence in patient care Innovative thinker eager to grow and develop others Community-oriented with a collaborative mindset Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth What We Offer: Competitive salary and profit-sharing opportunities Full-time salaried position with access to Orthopedic Residency Programs Loan repayment assistance up to $5,000 annually Leadership and Master Clinician development tracks Continuing education with unlimited online CEUs via MedBridge Education Generous paid time off and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, life, disability) Clinical directors are eligible for a bonus of up to 15% of their salary, based on objective measures 401(k) with company matching Free gym membership at any of our fitness centers Supportive, innovative team in a cutting-edge facility *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
