Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript + Python) Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year + stock options + full benefits Overview Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is building safety‑focused large language models to transform access and outcomes in global healthcare. The engineering team is scaling to support next‑generation AI‑powered voice and SaaS products that prioritize safety, accuracy, and real‑world impact. Responsibilities Develop and maintain B2B SaaS and internal products using TypeScript/React, Material UI, and Python/Flask. Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and designers to deliver secure, performant solutions. Contribute across the stack—from front‑end interfaces to back‑end APIs and cloud infrastructure. Participate in agile processes, code reviews, and best‑practice development workflows. Engage in ongoing product innovation around healthcare voice agents and generative AI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong TypeScript/React and Python skills. Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/Postgres databases. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Terraform on AWS is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration abilities within cross‑functional teams. Experience with React Native or Flutter is advantageous but not required. Healthcare or LLM/agentic systems experience preferred. On‑site interviews: two system‑design rounds, one coding session, and one take‑home review. Final interviews with senior leadership.
