Job Summary: Fabricate, assemble and ship a high-quality sample of all Inpro products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties:
- Inform the team leader when inventory levels fall below established stocking levels.
- Cut, fabricate, and assemble all components required to make finished product samples.
- Assemble literature, binders, and color rings for inclusion with sample requests.
- Ship all samples as requested by sales.
- All other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate the following:
- Ship a high-quality product.
- Maintain communication with all departments throughout the organization.
- Assist in training of new sample department employees.
- To meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals in a clear, concise manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
- Must be able to use power equipment (including saws and hand tools).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to obtain forklift/power lift certification.
- Reports directly to the Sample Team Leader.
- Assist in communication between departments throughout the organization.
- Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
- To support company policies and procedures.
- Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.

- Four-day work week Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
