The candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and fifteen years of related experience. The candidate should have experience working with various projects that may include water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer/combined sewer overflow, collection and conveyance systems, distribution transmission systems, storm water, hydrologic and hydraulic models and/or other water resource projects. The candidate must also be self‑motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid‑remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.Typical responsibilities include:Provide senior project management, technical planning, design, and construction support on various projects that may include water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer/combined sewer overflow, collection and conveyance systems, distribution and transmission systems, storm water, hydrologic and hydraulic models and/or other water resource projectsManage business development/sales activities and maintain excellent client relationsPrepare a summary of qualifications, presentations, and proposalsManage financial and technical aspects of multiple projectsPrepare proposals and presentationsAbility to prepare engineering calculations and supporting analysis of alternativesAbility to prepare design reports and construction plans using local and state standardsReview plans and specificationsAssist with/review scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasksMentor senior‑level, mid‑level, and junior‑level staffConduct on‑site inspections as neededPrepare project status and other reportsAttend client, public, project, and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre‑construction, etc.Maintain a safe working environmentEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringor related degreeSkills/Experience:Professional Engineering License15+ years of related Engineering experienceAbout Wade Trim:Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
