Strong time management and task prioritization skills. Willingness to travel and work irregular hours for client visits and demonstrations. Ownership of a PC/Laptop with internet access. A minimum of 2 years of verified experience in the solar industry. Unyielding determination to close sales. Ability to independently generate exclusive leads. Responsibilities Educate clients about the benefits of renewable energy to spark interest. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations with prospective clients to close deals. Customize solar energy products and systems based on the customer’s property needs and design preferences. Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs to serve the marketplace effectively. Experience 2+ years of solar sales experience. Proficiency with Sales CRM software. What We Provide A user account with email, CRM access, and proposal software for sending solar quotes. Access to top‑tier financial lenders for creating solar proposals. Commission‑based compensation; all new leads are generated through your ad spend budget. Our IT and production departments manage all marketing campaigns and creative aspects, with a small commission paid to the marketing team.
