Salary:  $26.00 hour, plus tips.  $500 bonus paid within 60 days of employment.
Schedule:  Thursday to Sunday, depending on week flow of events.
Duration:  Temporary to full time.

What’s a typical day as a Line Cook PT? You’ll be:
• Engaging in daily basic food prep, consistent plating, kitchen organization, and quality control
• Supporting the kitchen's efforts in managing health and safety code standards
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and work station(s)
• Cleaning dishes, polishing glass, and actively engaging in the weekly major cleaning of the restaurant
• Participating in restaurant opening and closing activities
• Supporting food prep for catering events
• Working at keeping kitchen wastage to a minimum

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of basic food service experience
• Have knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Are skilled in food preparation
