Director of Operations – Capstone Logistics, LLC Join to apply for the Director of Operations role at Capstone Logistics, LLC. This position is based in Peachtree Corners, GA and is an on‑site, full‑time management role. Position Summary Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Operations – Retail Delivery will provide operational oversight and drive growth for our network of retail distribution sites. The successful candidate will be required to travel 50%–75% within the United States. Responsibilities Lead a team of Site Managers who deliver high levels of service and support for our customers. Develop relationships with all levels of customer leadership, including site and regional levels. Develop operating budgets and manage each business unit’s budget, P&L and aging reports. Make daily decisions that impact business service and profitability. Ensure day‑to‑day operations meet company and customer standards. Develop your leadership team to take on additional responsibilities. Requirements Must be currently based in New Jersey or surrounding area. College Degree from a 4‑year accredited institution preferred. Minimum of 10+ locations of multi‑site management experience. Passionate advocate for customer service and continuous improvement. Ability to manage, lead, and develop all operational staff. Self‑directed and able to work in an environment with multiple accountabilities. Proactive, decisive leader with excellent communication skills. A builder, not a maintainer. Highly disciplined work ethic, accountability and follow‑through. Solid financial and analytical skills with experience managing P&L’s. Expert user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to navigate financial and operational reports and convey needs to staff. Team player who can interact with all aspects of the business. Third‑party logistics experience a plus.
