Job Summary Supports sales team in driving up revenue and growing the client base. General Accountabilities Manages large and small accounts internally and externally. Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all accounts. Develops plans and implements strategy for securing and maintaining accounts. Maintains a thorough understanding of the customers' end use markets, their client base, and their main competitors. Establishes and builds strong working relationships with business leaders and team members. Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships. Selects and hires potential account representatives. Supervises a team of account representatives. Assists sales team members with building and managing client relationships. Manages overall customer satisfaction. Prepares sales proposals. Assists with budget development. Works with suppliers to expand opportunities for clients. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Experience: 3-5 years of related experience
