**Description**
**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading employees and visitors.
**What Youll Love:**

* Working on a team that makes retail workwear for customers who are smart, straight-talking folks who do everything from pounding nails to shoeing horses and pitching bales.
* POKING AVERAGE IN THE EYE
**What You'll Do:**
* Maintain cleanliness in the office areas, main lobby, and Distribution Center
+ Trash and recycle paper removal -nightly
+ Vacuum as needed. Weekly minimum
- Adjust task list to minimize effects of vacuum noise during business hours.
+ Dust all work surfaces weekly
+ Clean glass doors nightly windows as requested
* Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms in the facility.
+ Nightly cleaning.
* Maintain cleanliness break room.
+ Nightly cleaning.
* Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory and communicate to head janitor when replenishment of supplies is needed.
* Removal of snow from sidewalks as needed.
* Other duties as assigned
**What We're Looking For:**
* Ability to adjust daily task schedule as need to support the operation.
* Floor stripping and waxing experience preferred.
* Standing or walking for up to 100% of each work shift.
* Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Frequent reaching, twisting and bending in multiple directions.
* Frequent working conditions of 60-85 degrees. Infrequent temperatures ranging from 0 95 degrees.
