Job Summary As a Site/Civil Senior Project Manager based in Boston, MA, you will lead high‑performance multidisciplinary teams and drive client management, design, permitting, and development for a variety of land‑development projects. Your role will involve cross‑functional collaboration with leadership on strategy, business development, and client relationships. Responsibilities Lead site/civil efforts on project sites, designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept through completion. Work closely with office leadership to develop strategic growth plans and ensure staff development and optimization. Participate in business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed‑use projects for public and private clients. Lead storm‑water management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation. Demonstrate breadth of experience in land‑development engineering, integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering aspects. Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience on land‑development projects of varying size. Professional Engineering license. Proven ability to design and oversee all aspects of site development from concept through completion. Strong client development and management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred. Active participation in professional organizations. Experience in technical and proposal writing. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
