Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.Work close to home We offer flexible hours, with the ability to work with our team to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserveBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansImplement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principlesProvide training and support to caregivers and other professionalsCollect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills:At least one year working as a BCBAPassionConfidenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaborationDependabilityThis position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while working in a supportive team environment. This is a unique oppotunity to run a brand new clinic
