Thrive in our fast-paced environment, where working hard goes hand-in-hand with treating people well, and every relationship—client or colleague—is the foundation of our success.Your MissionAs our MEP Project Manager, you'll lead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious MEP project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase, innovate for safety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others.Your RoleLead and Inspire: Champion the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to achieve ambitious project goals. Support and mentor in-house MEP professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo's commitment to integrity and partnership.Deliver Excellence: Guide and expedite MEP systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every client objective is met—during and beyond project completion.Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement project safety plans, identify risks, and create strategic solutions.
