Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and coach the team. Set the morale and tone during shifts, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Open and close the store with little supervision, ensuring all operating procedures are followed. Maintain quality of food and beverages, and keep the store environment safe and clean. Support career growth for team members, as many General Managers began as Shift Leaders. Benefits Flexible schedule with no shifts past 3?pm. Paid time off after 90 days.
