As an FPGA Engineer, you'll be integral to a high-performing team driving innovation in high-frequency trading systems. You'll focus on developing low-latency, high-throughput FPGA designs, working on both greenfield projects and enhancing existing trading infrastructures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced FPGA applications, overseeing the entire development process
  • Enhance software integration by creating efficient interfaces and optimizing core functionality
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex FPGA, hardware, and software challenges
  • Collaborate closely with software and infrastructure teams and other engineering groups to ensure seamless system integration


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Years of experience in Hardware Engineering, focusing on digital design for FPGAs or ASICs
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming, crucial for effective software integration
  • Expertise in RTL logic design and verification, with a focus on Verilog and System Verilog
  • Thorough understanding of FPGA design processes, including synthesis and timing analysis
  • Ability to swiftly assess project feasibility considering hardware constraints
  • In-depth knowledge of UNIX systems and performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with concurrent programming and asynchronous frameworks
  • Strong grasp of system-on-chip architectures, including memory, processor, and network components
  • Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, particularly TCP/IP stack
  • Familiarity with advanced verification methodologies is advantageous
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for automation and data validation
