Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Production to lead our talented team of producers. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the production of AAA games and contribute to the strategic direction of our studio. If you are a business-minded leader with a passion for gaming and a proven track record in mid-sized to large studios, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of 9 producers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality games.
  2. Oversee 2 Production Managers transitioning to individual contributor roles.
  3. Make strategic decisions on game development, costs, and revenue.
  4. Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in the video game industry.
  2. Proven experience in AAA game production.
  3. Background in mid-sized to large studios (no tiny studio or self-employed candidates).
  4. Director to Executive level experience.
  5. Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
