We’ve created an environment where every attorney has a vested interest in the work we do and the success of the firm.What You’ll DoAdvise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, finance, governance, and securities complianceDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreementsEnsure adherence to federal and state laws and regulationCollaborate with external counsel as neededSupervise junior attorneys, legal assistants, and potentially paralegalsTrain and support members of the legal team and other staffCommunicate effectively through in-person interaction, virtual meetings, email, and phoneParticipate in Corporate Group meetings and firm eventsEngage in business development initiativesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat’s In It For YouSalary: $175,000 – $300,000+ depending on experience and candidate's book of businessLife insurance/AD&DLong-term disability401kVacationSick/safe timeTransportation/parking subsidyWhat You Need To HaveUndergraduate degree and JD from accredited institutionsActive WSBA membershipMinimum of 10 years of corporate law experience preferredDeep expertise in corporate law, including M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), finance, governance, and securitiesExceptional writing and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to advise on complex issuesEffective delegation and training abilitiesSound business judgment with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyExcellent organizational and project-management skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and independentlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfort working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (sit/stand desk available) #J-18808-Ljbffr
