Typically will float to higher acuity units On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday Required Certifications:
WI RN License, BLS and ACLS. Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience required- firm on this. .. Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience REQUIRED. ICU experience, preferred. Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator/Trach experience required. * At least 1 prior travel experience REQUIRED. Charting Experience: EPIC preferred. Unit Information: 36 beds. Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips Patient Ratio: 4:1. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely- fast past unit Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
