Minimum Education:
State of Wisconsin licensed or in training Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage & Family Therapist
Master's degree in specialty field in Human Services (Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology), earned from an accredited four-year college or university.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops therapeutic activities, materials, and curriculum.
Provides individual, family, and group therapy with youth.
Collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
Conducts intakes/assessments/evaluations and plans of care utilizing evidence-based practices.
Ensures that clinical documentation and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) records are accurate and completed in a timely manner – including progress notes, contact notes, social assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
Assists in ongoing program development and/or improvement.
Identifies behaviors, prioritizes interventions, and demonstrates ability to de-escalate aggressive behaviors.
Participates in de-escalation/restraint training and assists Acute Care department staff with patient safety restraint & seclusion as necessary during behavioral health emergencies
Maintains regular on-site attendance
Helps guide treatment team on daily curriculum to meet unit milieu needs.
Works collaboratively with the youth’s formal and informal support system
Provides consultation and education to the community.
