Senior-level Civil Engineer Project Manager Based in White Plains, New York, DTS Provident is a team of land use professionals who help clients achieve successful and sustainable development projects. Job Description We are currently seeking energetic, thoughtful and creative individuals to become integral members of our firm and collaborate with staff, consultants, and clients on a wide range of assignments. Candidates will assist in the preparation of conceptual site planning, roadway and utility design, stormwater management and cost estimating for commercial, institutional and residential developments. AutoCAD skills are required. Experience in Civil 3D and good graphic presentation skills are preferred. Responsibilities Preparation of detailed drawings including utility design, drainage improvements and project detailing for permitting and construction Preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and documentation Preparation of technical specifications, reports and studies Provide effective written and oral communication with other professionals and team members Meet and work with project schedules and required deliverables Project team management of tasks and activities to meet deadlines and deliverables Coordinating applications to municipal boards and agencies for approvals or permits Presentation of ideas and interaction with clients and other consultants Construction administration including site observations Qualifications Masters degree preferred Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred Experience in Civil Engineering and Land Development Design Proficiency in following tools: Microsoft Office programs, Bluebeam AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, site lighting software Experience in stormwater analysis and design including HydroCad or PondPack software Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino Developed written and verbal communication skills Interest in multidisciplinary practice with landscape architects, land planners and civil engineers Benefits & Compensation We offer qualified candidates a competitive salary and benefits package, the opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive multi‑disciplinary team, and the potential to grow professionally.
