Senior Corporate Paralegal - Leading Financial Services Institution Location: Washington DC (hybrid work model) Overview: A Leading Financial Services Institution is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a strong background in corporate governance and transactional support. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing legal entities, supporting board activities, and assisting with complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: Entity Management: Maintain and update corporate records for domestic and international entities. Coordinate formation, dissolution, and qualification of entities. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage a wide range of agreements and related documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Transactional Support: Assist with M&A, financing, and other corporate transactions. Prepare closing checklists, organize documentation, and manage post-closing matters. Board Support: Prepare board and committee materials, including resolutions and meeting minutes. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and maintain governance records. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution required Minimum 6+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department. Strong knowledge of entity management, contract administration, and corporate governance. Experience supporting complex transactions and board activities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
