The Gathering properties offer a unique blend of the finest culinary, wine, and spirits experiences in all of Northwest Ohio, featuring high-end steak, seafood, pasta and other distinctive, exquisite craft Americana dishes, combined with an incredible selection of wine, whiskey, bourbon, and craft beers. In fact, the wine selection and bourbon selection rival that of any large city in the Midwest.

Offered at each of the Gathering properties, our Chefs unique recipes provide guests an exceptional culinary experience at an affordable price. From the best burger and soups in town for lunch, to remarkable handcrafted appetizers and dinner selections, to made-from-scratch desserts, The Gathering is truly a 5-star dining experience.

The Gathering is looking for an energetic team player to add to our kitchen staff. Starting pay will vary based on applicants experience.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

* Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations

* Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks

* Plating prepared foods based on Executive Chef and Sous Chef's guidance

* Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time

* Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts

* Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
