Medical Director Physician at Inspire Healthcare summary : The Medical Director Physician will lead the expansion of the Palliative Care program and develop a new CMS Seriously Ill Population initiative. This role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to establish care plans and mentor Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners while innovating transitional care approaches. Candidates should be board certified, with fellowship training preferred but not mandatory, to join a community-owned healthcare system in Knoxville, Tennessee. Seeking a dynamic physician leader to expand their existing Palliative Care program and oversee the development and implementation of a new CMS Seriously Ill Population program. Continue to grow the Palliative Care program with strong support from our administration, hospital medicine team, specialists, advanced practice providers and clinical team.
