Overview

We are seeking a talented individual for an Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst responsible for conducting credit analysis, and negotiating settlements. They also research customer disputes, and process wire transfers, credit memos, and debit memos. Additionally, they develop streamlined processes to maximize company ERP. They use systems like SAP to review, code, and process vendor invoices. They are skilled in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and quantitative analytical skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Keep track on invoices that are outstanding

· Offer assistance on matters involving application on cash

· Monitor cash which are unapplied

· Offer refunds to customers

· Make internal research on authenticities of payments

· Investigate payments which are unidentified, lost, or not accepted at the point of payment

· Respond to trends on cash which are unapplied

· Responsible for reconciling and reporting accounts

· Handle improvement plans in the application process of cash

· Monitor keeping of records, documentation, and book keeping

· Offer support and advice to other accounting departments

· Billing for products assigned

· Working with EDI Billing Supervisor to move company forward with automated billing

· Working with EDI Billing Supervisor and SAP Administrator on ERP migration including all phases of Order to Cash Process

· Other duties as assigned

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

* Possess an understanding of mainframe, server, and PC environment in order to effectively move data between various platforms.
* Write and debug scripts.
* Analyze information, using logic and process to address issues and problems.
* Troubleshooting existing applications.
