The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations and is responsible for quality management, performance improvement and training. The Supervisor is responsible for creating effective working relationships between staff and providers and working collaboratively with internal and external providers and staff.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides day-to-day supervision of clinical staff. Serves as an organizational change agent, providing coaching to staffResponds in the case of a medical emergencyDevelops communication methods to facilitate the flow of information and maximize effective communication throughout the locationDevelops an effective team, motivating and influencing staff to excel. Collaborates with Front Office Supervisor and Directors to develop, implement and manage continuous Performance ImprovementEnsures appropriate compliance with Clinical Practice Guidelines. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
