We are currently recruiting for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team

Duties and Responsibilities: Occupational Therapy (OT)

Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills: Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

Current OT certification in the state of Wisconsin
Professional enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated
Shows initiative in daily work
