Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in implementing and managing CPQ solutions, coupled with extensive knowledge and expertise in CLM processes and systems. This role involves a blend of technical and functional skills, requiring the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CPQ Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain CPQ templates, rules, and workflows.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
Oversee the implementation and optimization of CLM processes.
Ensure seamless integration between CLM and CPQ systems.
Develop and enforce CLM policies and best practices.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle from creation to renewal and termination.
Technical Expertise:
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ and CLM.
Perform data migrations and manage data integrity within Salesforce.
Functional Expertise:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to CPQ and CLM.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for CPQ and CLM systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Salesforce CPQ certification is required.
Salesforce administrator and developer certifications are highly preferred.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce CPQ and CLM solutions.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing models, and contract management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
