* Monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting vital signs, medication administration, and any significant incidents.
* Completing necessary paperwork, such as incident reports and care plans.
* Collaborating with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
