Commercial HVAC Service Technician

*Sebastian & Sons,* a Commercial firm serving Del. Valley area for 50 + years is looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our Commercial Service team We are offering a full-time position in the Chester County region.

We are looking for a team-oriented, energetic and professional individual to represent our brand Must possess good verbal / written communication skill, a positive attitude, core character traits, and a willingness to learn and be challenged

*Job Duties include:*

* Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to a variety of commercial HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, VAVs.
* Proficient reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
* Excellent customer service skills
* Outstanding problem-solving skills
* Organization and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently- maximizing productivity and minimizing down time
* Carrying and climbing ladders, up to 40’
* Share in after-hours on-call rotation

*Employment Requirements:*

* 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience
* High School diploma or GED
* Technical school education
* EPA certified
* Valid driver’s license
* Must pass drug test & background check
* OSHA certification is a plus, but not required
* This position requires a range of physical abilities consisting of climbing, carrying 75 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, push/pull, heights, confined spaces.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
