(STi) is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior General Equipment Analyst to support Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) at their research facility in Bethesda, MD.STi is a minority-owned small disadvantaged business (SDB) providing effective solutions in Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO), logistics, Safety, Reliability, Maintainability, & Quality Assurance (SRM&QA), IT & cybersecurity, and project management. Our management system is AS9100D, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 certified, emphasizing our culture of “Safety First, Quality Always”.The Senior General Equipment Analyst will leverage military, warehouse, and inventory experience to provide material control and data analytics solutions to NAVSEA researchers and staff.Key Responsibilities:Assist in auditing NSWCCD OM&S Purchase Requisition and Plant Property & Equipment Asset Management training courses, considering class sizes, attendance, environment, and materials.Provide recommendations to improve NSWCCD OM&S PR & GE management training curricula and materials.Assist in creating and updating training courses.Analyze and document existing and new workflows and roles using model-based system engineering concepts.Analyze processes with data from models and simulations.Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, develop requirements, and suggest improvements.Monitor processes and support implementation of improvements for compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.Assist in implementing new requirements and conduct risk assessments.Use metrics to monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.Prepare point papers justifying new program concepts deviating from higher policies.Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field from an accredited institution.Alternatively, five additional years of military DoD or related business experience in Plant Property & Equipment Asset Management.Certification Requirements:US Citizenship and a favorably adjudicated PSI at Tier 3 (T3) level.Experience Requirements:10+ years in management with responsibilities for property asset accountability, equipment utilization, depreciation, serial number tracking, and property management.Experience managing or leading teams producing quality deliverables is preferred.Knowledge of Plant Property & Equipment policies and regulations (FMR FAR, DoD Instruction 5000.64) is desired.Additional Requirements:Strong organization skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot systems.Apply now to be part of this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
